Support as your medication needs change
Our pharmacists offer medication reviews and ongoing follow-up for people managing chronic conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure, as well as complex medication routines, including transplant therapies. We help clarify medication instructions, review changes and coordinate questions with your prescriber.

Blister packaging
A pharmacy-prepared card that organizes scheduled medication by day and time, with supplies covering up to four weeks when appropriate. Sample image adapted from our pharmacy photograph; packaging and labels may vary.
Dispill packaging
Labelled, detachable blister compartments offer a portable option for scheduled doses.
Careousel dispenser
A programmed dispenser adds audible and visual prompts to the medication schedule.
